I wanted to make a simple yet inviting header image for The Dinner Daily website. The purpose of my design was to make the food stand out without ignoring the message. So I created a light blue transparent box on the top of the image so I wouldn't interfere with the main focus of the image, and I added the heading and subheading in the box so the visitors can get a clear message of what kind of website it is. So far, the contest is still on.
