The journey he takes is one full of trials and tribulations, which will involve learning the secrets of the Divine beings who are guiding him to an understanding of who he is, and what he is destined to become--which is something greater than anyone could have possibly imagined In short, I want the book cover to convey a sense of awe, wonder, and excitement; as well as show just how unique and special this story is compared to some of the more run-of-the-mill fantasy stories that are in the market these days.

I took this photo of my ex lover at Croatian beach in 2013, converted it into black and white and applied contrast. For this cover, I applied extra contrast to make it more Carravagioesque, painted the original blue colour of the eye. I fitted the title so it’s legible but cuts into the darkness a bit. Since the cover is nice and minimalistic, but lacking some motion, I added fields of the same blue colour assymetrically and diagonally.
